A2Z-CM was founded 10 years ago, as a Contract Management Consulting company, helping clients and Expats to be fully compliant with Dutch law and legislation. To serve our international clients better A2Z-CM extended our services to include resourcing activities under the label Look4Contract. We have a new portal to assist consultants who are searching for a new challenge or project in The Netherlands.
To achieve our goals and to serve our client and consultants better we are looking for an ambitious and experienced international recruiter.
Matching new projects and vacancies at our clients, with the many consultants in our network;
Searching for new candidates for the open vacancies we hold;
Maintaining relationships with the consultants in our network;
Maintaining relationships with our many clients;
Selecting and interviewing candidates in person, via video conferencing, by phone or by email;
Publishing vacancies and upcoming projects online via our own portal and through Social Media, like LinkedIn;
Raising and forwarding proposals to our clients;
Acquire new projects and vacancies;
The administration of candidates in process;
Updating our database;
Taking part in our monthly networking drinks with consultants.
Between 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role as an international resourcing or recruitment consultant;
Bachelor or Master degree working level;
Ambitious and driven;
Good communication skills;
Good experience with social media;
Fluent in English. A big pre if you speak other languages, for example Spanish or Hindi;
Experience with corporate clients, for example in Banking, High-tech industry, Oil & Gas, e-Commerce, FMCG or others
Positive informal working atmosphere at our modern office in Hoofddorp, adjacent to Hoofddorp railway station;
Good basic salary, including 8% holiday allowance;
Good bonus arrangement (dependent on numbers of placements achieved and experience);
20 days holidays per year (with an additional day for every year employment up to a maximum of 25 days per year);
Public transportation travel card;
