We are looking for a Customer Journey Expert / Data Analyst

… to work within the Wholesale Banking Global Tribe Lending. The purpose of our Tribe: Make complex

lending simple! For borrowers, ING employees, investors and regulators.

Specifically we are looking for CJE’s / Data Analysts for our Data Risk – and Data Finance Integration squads.

These squads are contributing in establishing and maintaining Data Integration from Lending (Loan IQ) to

downstream partners Risk, Finance and the Data Lake.


Data is becoming more important every day. Your contribution will be critical to realise our ambitioned

Lending data platform, with high quality and timely data availability moving from batch to real-time. This

way enabling excellent consumption possibilities to meet our ever increasing client- and regulatory

demands on data.

Function

We need your help in realising this new exchange and building bridges towards other squads in order to

realise end-to-end delivery across Lending- and other Tribes. We are a group of individuals who value Agile,

self-organization and craftsmanship. We are driven professionals who enjoy shaping the future of this place.

Requirements

As a Customer Journey Expert / Data Analyst you will be working in a multi-disciplinary squad together with

developers and operations experts. Together you work agile and you are used to delivering fast and often.

You are an expert in the (wholesale) lending area and know everything there is to know about LoanIQ. You

are easy to work with, mature and have a no-nonsense mentality. You are an open and honest

communicator, who values working as part of a team.


You must have experience in the following fields:

1. 5+ years of experience with LoanIQ (esp. database and data model)

2. Agile / Scrum way of working

3. Business analysis

4. Requirements analysis

5. Data modelling (logical/technical)

6. SQL Queries

7. Pro Active


Next to these must haves, we would like you to have gain some knowledge/experience of the following:

1. Reference data knowledge

2. Data taxonomy and glossary

3. Testing capabilities

4. Process modelling

5. Agile tooling like JIRA, ServiceNow.

6. Collaboration tooling like Confluence.
