Function

The deliverable the (pre-ready) BA needs to work on is related to the Rabobank Return to Compliancy (RtC) plan which has been presented to and approved by the regulators. It is imperative that the Rabobank meets its RtC roadmap.

The (pre-ready) BA is responsible for analyzing and solving data gaps, revising processes, writing specifications for changes in the data warehouse for both Plateau 0 and 1, analyzing test results together with business stakeholders and documenting results.

We do know already in that we have a problem with the current BA capacity and our SV and SSV are not able to deliver the needed expertise. The BA expert must help us to speed up our delivery.

Assignment, deliverables and time lines

Data (gap) analysis for Plateau 0 and Plateau 1 Rural and Corporate model A complete data analysis covering all data required to ensure regulatory compliancy for Basel IV Retail Mortgages.

Start: July 2021, End: February 2022


Specifications for Scrum Team to develop code changes for Plateaus 0 and 1 Rural and Corporate model Complete documented requirement specifications related to Basel IV requirements for all functionalities including business rulings.

Start: July 2022, End: May 2022

Control Framework and other process changes, specification and documentation Revised and complete control framework and other process specifications for business users and operations engineers for running production processes.

Start: January 2023, End: December 2023

We do have two positions open 1 for the Area DRB and one for the Area W&T within the tribe Data Foundation

Requirements

Previous Rabobank, BI consultancy and test, Datawarehouse, Risk model implementation experience in the Rabobank’s Risk Data Warehouse (RDW) legacy application. Knowledge of this application is necessary as it forms the basis for the implementation in GRFD. There are not enough experienced internal employees unfortunately. The candidate must have sufficiently senior profile with demonstrated functional and technical knowledge. Additionally, the candidate has extensive experience in:
